I received an email from Uber Eats a few weeks ago offering a $30 credit and free delivery on my first order. I was visiting my sister and her family and I offered to use my credit to buy dinner.
That $30 credit turned into a $100 order. We all agreed on Indian food and we ordered around 8 items. We ordered old Indian favourites like Butter Chicken.
One dish was Shrimp Korma. It stood out from all the other entrees because of it's beautiful colour and amazing taste. I did a bit of research on this sauce and came up with the following.
It's thick, creamy, and flavorful, and it screams to be soaked up with a piece of hot naan. This creamy, spicy Chicken Korma recipe is everything you've ever wanted in a curry. Make this scrumptious Indian cuisine at home by loosening up those jeans!
If you've never tried your hand at creating Indian food at home before, you should start with this recipe. It's a lot easier than you might think if you have a few basic Indian spices on hand. Because the korma chicken likes to marinate for a long time, start it in the morning before going to work.
DO NOT FREAK OUT if the ingredient list appears to be quite large.
The majority of it is spices, and if you're missing any, I'd recommend investing a few bucks in a bottle so you can prepare more ethnic meals at home!
